The demon of Destiny Drive: A single human cell, grown by Acceleron-666 (a growth formula created by professor Everett Dempster), kills a whole nightclub full of people. Mr. Monster throws alum over it, shrinking it down, mixes it with flour and bakes a cake with it, which he stores in his trophy chamber. The yellow death: Mr. Monster encounters the insane Erasmus Mudpie, who has created K'ai, a doom-snail which drools poison into the city's water system, killing monsters. A side-effect is that it also kills humans. Though Mudpie has an antidote, he is unwilling to use it. Mr. Monster kills Mudpie, uses the antidote but is then faced by K'ai. Defeating K'ai, he returns home, full of poison only to discover that his home is invaded by two junior monsters. He awakes in the hospital, rescued by the monsters, but painted blue as a practical joke. The invaders from Mars?: Kelly Friday discovers a strange meteor that crashes in a farmfield.
