HAVOC Somewhere in Africa there was an apartment, murky and ominous among the stained skyscrapers. Blood seeped into its carpet where she lay. It flowed from the wound in her head over her pale, beautiful face and ran its course down her arm. The thick red substance drifted over the pin-prick holes of heroine needles opposite her elbow and the cuts on her wrist. Finally, it flowed over her fingers and touched the cold steel of the gun that killed her, still resting in her hand. The weapon was well-made, shaped and crafted by a keen hand. Engraved upon its surface it reads, "Wilson's". Goldwatch is a city of decay and darkness. Its once glorious streets now crawl with gangsters, drug dealers and the lower classes of the city while its hills and high-end suburbs know nothing but wealth and prosper. This contrast charges the city with cruel energy, only waiting to explode into violence. From the shadows, forged by the black of the city, a new monster is born, one that knows no moral limits and seeks only revenge.
