Super-Heroes Captain Thunder (Mike Fremont) and his son Blue Bolt (Paul Fremont) are hunting down members of The Merchants of Mercy (Menace) in an effort to intimidate them into legally clearing Captain Thunder's name so he may return to a normal life. This leads them to Amsterdam.
