Captain Invincible, a dimwitted costumed hero, is ordered by a court to perform community service after causing epic amounts of property damage. A camerabot, the C1000, keeps track of him and reports on his progress. On Moon Base Omega, Captain Invincible struggles to record an anti-drug Public Service Announcement. Soon, the pair are discussing what to do about the League of Evil Pets. He introduces his new sidekick to Teen Hercules and the gangly waif called Gloom.
