Western thills a-plenty this issue, as Tim Holt in the guise of Redmask must counter a foe who may be more beast than man, in “The Mark of the Wolf”, drawn by Frank Bolle. Then Tom Mix tangles with bloodthirsty Bushie Blaike in “The Two-Way Crime”, illustrated by Carl Pfeufer & John Jordan; followed by a classic Fred Guardineer-drawn adventure of the Durango Kid; “The Sting of Death”; and Wild Bill Pecos in “Marshall of No-Gun Town”, with art by Syd Shores. Finally, it’s up to Dick Ayers and The Haunted Horseman to solve “The Death of Rex Fury”- plus two short features:The Lawman in “The Wisdom of Solomon” and Sugarfoot in “Judgement of Solomon”. Reprints of classic Western comics from the Golden Era of the 1940′s and ’50′s, as originally published by Magazine Enterprises, Orbit Pubs and Dell, in crisp, clean full story features. 44 pages, black & white with color covers, 6 1/8″ X 10″.
