I'm B't Teppei doesn't know what to do when Maim appears and sends him into a deep sleep. In this dream world Teppei sees Kotaro chopping the heads off of young women. When Teppei tries to stop him he is stabbed in the chest. Hokuto has been monitoring Teppei's vital signs and sees that his heart has stopped. If Teppei can't find a way out of this nightmare he'll face the big sleep.
